Crystal Pacheco is located in the Wasaga Beach and Barrie areas of Ontario. She is a Registered Social Worker with a BSW (Lakehead University, 2012) and MSW (Lakehead University, 2013).
Crystal has over 10 years of experience working with teens and adults. She has also worked for the school board, in a residential setting, and at a medical health centre.
Crystal is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She has experience with CBT for PTSD for trauma, Generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, depression, OCD and phobias. She is also trained in prolonged exposure (PE), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and exposure and response prevention (ERP).
Crystal enjoys spending most of her time soaking up the sun on the beach. She also enjoys the outdoors of what nature has to offer.
