Anneliese is a Registered Social Worker who holds both a BSW (Laurentian University, 2018) and MSW (University of Windsor, 2022) and is based out of Simcoe County.
Anneliese specializes in working with individuals living with OCD, depression, anxiety-related concerns, and other mood disorders. Learn more about our OCD therapy.
Anneliese aims to bring comfort, humour and support to each session through a genuine and humanistic approach to difficult topics. She is mindful of each person’s unique experiences leading them to seek help, and honours the brave decision to make lasting changes through therapy.
Anneliese uses a blend of proven CBT and supportive counselling approaches to guide clients to recovery from their symptoms.
She works with clients to develop an individual plan to achieve success and mental well-being while using compassion and integrity as the basis of her approach.
Anneliese’s goal is to create an environment where clients are excited to share their gains and successes and feel comfortable being themselves in session.
Outside of work, you can find Anneliese spending time with her partner and 2 adventurous husky mix dogs, nose deep into a novel, downhill skiing, or mountain biking!
Anneliese’s rate is $170 for a 50-minute session.
