Nicole Moore is a social worker specializing in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is located in beautiful Muskoka and has been offering online psychotherapy for a number of years.
Nicole initially graduated with her BA from the University of Toronto, she completed a diploma in Addiction Treatment and Prevention from Georgian College and received her BSW from the University of Manitoba.
Nicole practices from an anti-oppressive, client centered, and trauma informed lens. She works to develop strong therapeutic relationships which honours each person’s unique strengths, gifts and she will support you as you learn new skills to build the life that you want.
Outside of work, Nicole loves to sing, and act, and loves spending time with her family.
